Went to see a house yesterday in a neighbourhood we want to live in - man, is it small. so, that house is OUT OUT OUT! 

I am currently working on lots of projects, so it is quite hard to choose which one to work on for the mere little time I have before hitting the hay. The lucky project of the night was the cowl neck from the Weekend Knitting book.  It is a set which includes a racy lacy camisole and a cowl neck.  The stitch pattern is quite easy once you get the hang of it, and oh boy will it look great when completed...Pictures coming soon - I know, I know, promises, promises...

 

 

Yesterday was KnitWits at work, which is a group of knitters that come most Mondays to knit and eat lunch together.  It is a great way to start the week, and missing it is, well, not good. I enjoy the ladies company, projects and words of advice. Truly a joy to attend. No knitting last night. A bit tired, as there is NO SUN!  Man, who can I talk to about that? I need sun, as I am sure most people do as well.  Hopefully the second sock for my younger daughter will be done by the end of the week?  Here is hoping for completion. Will post pictures when done. Now, that would be fabulous wouldnt it? To finish all my projects.  Not a chance! Maybe I should just talk about my WIPs, as there will be more of them then FOs.  Such as life, and speaking of life, that is what seems to be getting in the way of some down and dirty knitting... 

Today is the day (well actually it was yesterday) I started my 1st blog. This one is dedicated to my daily knitting life, which I could describe to you in one word - OBSESSION. Once I get the hang of this blogging, I will post pictures of finished objects (few) and works in progress (many), as well, I am sure pictures of my two darling daughters will creep up every now and then. Who doesn't want to see pictures of cute wee ones?
